Shipping
Shipping
Free shipping on everything, with no minimum. This ships from our overseas warehouse and takes 2 to 3 weeks to reach you. We would rather you read that here than find it on a tracking page.
Every order has tracking. It can take a few days after dispatch before tracking shows movement, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Returns
Returns
Thirty days. If it turns up and it is not what you expected, email us and we will refund you. No photographs, no interrogation, no restocking fee.
If something arrives broken, tell us and we will send another. Do not bother shipping the broken one back, it costs more to return than to replace.
